The China European International Business School was established in on November 8, 1994 in Shanghai; with offices in Beijing and Shenzhen. CEIBS is a not-for-profit joint venture established under an agreement between MOFTEC and the European Commission.
During the lecture presented by Cladia Schafer, Deputy Director Dean's Office, we were informed of a brief history of CEIBS, why Shanghai is the place to be, the future problems of China (education, health and pollution) and lastly we were provided some basic guidelines on China and the Chinese Culture hierarchy. Afterwards all the students from Kean University Global MBA and Executive MBA programs enjoyed networking with the students from CEIBS.
